Lucy holds out a piece of paper to Linus, who sits in front of the TV. "Here...sign on this line.." she says.<BR><BR> They lean over the table. Lucy explains, "When we get to school, I'll take this to the principal's office, and you will then be officially entered in the race for school president!" Linus signs.<BR><BR> "Good...we're on our way!" Lucy walks off, holding the piece of paper aloft. Linus watches her.<BR><BR> Linus says, "I hope I won't be expected to do something right away about teachers' salaries..."<BR><BR>
It’s really weird hat Lucy didn’t want the job herself. She’s a control freak and a feminist (when it suits her, at least). I should think she’d want to be the one in charge. Of course, I expect she knows she’ll be calling the shots of Linus gets elected.
