Linus sits and watches tv.<BR><BR> Lucy comes up behind Linus.<BR><BR> Lucy gets up and says, "Might as well turn this off . . . there's no one watching it . . ."<BR><BR> Linus's hair stands on end as he says, "No one watching it?"<BR><BR> Linus shouts, "Waddya mean, no one? I'm someone!"<BR><BR> Linus waves his fist in the air and says, "You come back here and turn on this tv! If anyone is a someone, I am!!!"<BR><BR> Linus shouts, "I demand that you come back here! Do you hear me? I'm a real someone!!!"<BR><BR> Linus says, "I demand that you come back here and turn on this tv!"<BR><BR> Linus stares.<BR><BR> Linus sits down, holding his blanket and sucking his thumb. He says, "It was a lousy program anyway!"<BR><BR>

I think Linus really could,or should have turned the TV back on himself. He really wanted to watch that program; what he says in last panel is he simply feeling compelled to resign himself to big sister’s victory.

Maybe the implication is that Lucy is going to come down on him like a ton of bricks if he dares to defy her by turning on the TV again.
