Charlie Brown and Peppermint Patty stand at the baseball field. Peppermint Patty shows Charlie Brown a piece of paper and says, "Now, look, Chuck . . . Here's the way your new lineup can go . . ."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty continues, "With Jose Peterson at second and me taking over the mound chores, you're going to have a great team, yes, sir!"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty says, "Nobody will be able to beat us! Why you'll probably be selected 'Manager of the year'!" Charlie Brown smiles.<BR><BR> Lucy approaches and asks, "For what?"<BR><BR>
He would be a manager like most teams have – they sit on the bench, write out the lineup, select the pitcher, a few other things like lead practices – but during the games, allow the players to play the game.
