Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and Linus stand looking at the moon. They face the back.<BR><BR> "Beautiful, isn't it?" comments Charlie Brown. "Yes, but something seems strange..." says Linus.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown and Snoopy turn their heads to watch as Linus runs off.<BR><BR> Linus stands next to a bookshelf. He holds up a book and reads, "When the earth was young and the moon was first formed, the moon was only about 15,000 miles from the earth."<BR><BR> Linus reads to Snoopy and Charlie Brown: "Over a period of millions of years the moon has been moving away from the earth at a rate of about five feet every one hundred years."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown and Snoopy look at Linus, who faces the back, still reading.<BR><BR> Linus clasps the book behind his back. He still faces away. Charlie Brown ans Snoopy stare at him as he comments, "I THOUGHT it looked a little farther away than before.."<BR><BR>
