Peppermint Patty and Roy sit at their desks in school. Peppermint Patty looks at a paper. She smiles and says, "Numbers are beautiful . . ."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty continues, "I like twos the best . . . They're sort of gentle . . Threes and fives are mean, but a four is always pleasant . . I like sevens and eights, too. But nines always scare me . . . Tens are great . . ."<BR><BR> Roy turns around and asks, "Have you done those division problems for tomorrow?"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty says, "Nothing spoils numbers faster than a lot of arithmetic!"<BR><BR>
