Off to give his Fourth of July speech to the dogs at the Daisy Hill Puppy Farm . ."<BR><BR> Schroeder asks, "Has he been rehearsing what he's going to say?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown replies, "Oh, yes . . . That's all he's been thinking about lately . . ."<BR><BR> Snoopy walks and thinks, "As we are gathered here today on this solemn occasion, I am reminded of a rather amusing story . . ."<BR><BR>
