Lucy stands behind him and says, "Hey, manager, don't put me down for the team yet . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "I've decided to be a holdout!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown says, "You don't even know what a holdout is . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy says, "Why don't you tell me, and then I'll be one!"<BR><BR>
In later strips, Chuck wishes Lucy would consider holding out.
