Transcript:
Charlie Brown runs off the doorstep.<BR><BR> He looks up at Snoopy, who is lying on top of the doghouse and points, saying, "Poochie's here! She wants to see you." Snoopy thinks, "I don't want to see her...Not after what she did to me.."<BR><BR> "THat was a long time ago.." Snoopy sits and turns away, thinking, "I don't care...We beagles have memories like beagles!"<BR><BR> "There I was, an innocent little puppy, bouncing around the yard one day... eager to please...willing to do anything for a little affection..." We see a smaller Snoopy frolicing.<BR><BR> "Then this little girl comes along...'Poochie' was her name..She had a stick in her hand." Snoopy looks to one side and pants eagerly.<BR><BR> "'Hi, cute puppy!' she says, 'Do you want to chase the stick?'" Little Snoopy jumps up in excitement.<BR><BR> "So she throws the stick and I, like a fool, go running after it..." Snoopy turns his back and runs.<BR><BR> "...Falling all over myself, bumping my nose and getting a mouthful of mud..." Snoopy tumbles in the air.<BR><BR> "I go running back with the stick, bright and eager.." [PANEL 10]: "..Just in time to see her walking off with an English sheep dog!" [PANEL 11]: Charlie Brown says, "I'm amazed that you remember all that." Snoopy turns away and thinks, "How could I forget?"<BR><BR> [PANEL 12]: He looks down at the stick in his hand: "I still have the stick!" he thinks.<BR><BR>
Baby Snoopy is my new favorite thing.
