Charlie Brown is on the phone. He says, "Yes, Sir."<BR><BR> He races down the steps.<BR><BR> He says to Snoopy, who is siiting on the doghouse with eyes closed, "If you're not feeling well, the vet said I should take you temperature, and then call him back..."<BR><BR> Snoopy lies on his back with a thermometer in his mouth.<BR><BR> Woodstock flies towards Snoopy.<BR><BR> He stands on the end of the thermometer.<BR><BR> He faces the other way, still perched on the tip of the thermometer.<BR><BR> He flies off.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown walks. [PANEL 10]: Charlie Brown reads the thermometer: "That's funny...according to this, your temperature is only forty-two..."<BR><BR> [PANEL 11]: He walks away, saying, "I don't understand." Snoopy lies on his stomach, his head hanging over the top of the doghouse. [PANEL 12]: Snoopy lies on his back. He thinks, "Somebody must have had cold feet!"<BR><BR>
