Woodstock sits on the doghouse at nighttime besides Snoopy and watches as the latter cocks an ear and listens intently with a scowl.<BR><BR> Snoopy lies on his back and Woodstock lies on his back atop Snoopy's stomach. Snoopy thinks,"Watchdogs are in great demand these days."<BR><BR> They sit up and he growls thinking,"A good watchdog is alsways alert, and can easily terrify an intruder with his ferocious barking..."<BR><BR> He scares Woodstock as he starts barking furiously.<BR><BR> Snoopy continues to bark loudly.<BR><BR> He watches as Woodstock twitters.<BR><BR> Snoopy rolls his eyes and thinks,"Sometimes, however, it doesn't take much to spoil the effect...."<BR><BR>
