Linus looks at the calendar and says, "October twenty-fourth."<BR><BR> Lucy is watching television and Linus says, "Well, only one more week 'til Halloween, and then the.."<BR><BR> Lucy says, "Don't start in again about 'The Great Pumpkin!'"<BR><BR> Lucy says, "If you start raving to me again about the "Great Pumpkin," I'll pound you clear across the room!"<BR><BR> Linus rejoins, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house." Lucy says, "What's that supposed to mean?"<BR><BR> Linus says, "If I talked to some kids in a different neighborhood, I'll bet they'd believe my story.." Lucy goes back to the tv. She says, "Well, go ahead! talk all you want, just don't talk around here!"<BR><BR> Linus talks to two kids from another neighborhood. He says, "Hi, there! Are you aware that on Halloween night the Great Pumpkin rises out of the pumpkin patch and brings toys to all the good little kids in the world?"<BR><BR> The kids walk away and one says, "Weird!"<BR><BR>
