Peanuts by Charles Schulz for December 09, 1978
Transcript:
Lucy leans on the piano and holds some papers. Schroeder sits at the piano and says, "You're the last person in the world who should be writing a book about Beethoven!"<BR><BR> Schroeder continues, "You don't know anything about him, and you don't know anything about music!!!"<BR><BR> Lucy looks in the opposite direction.<BR><BR> Lucy turns and asks, "You don't like me, do you?"<BR><BR>
Plus, apparently, Lucy does not know anything about advances in technology-i.e., what we did and didn’t have, in the 18th and 19th centuries(Beethoven’s time), e.g., just a few days ago, when she writes about Beethoven playing GUITAR, (which didn’t exist at all then), instead of the piano.
