Peppermint Patty smiles down at her desk, which she is sitting behind, and says, "The ol' desk...chalk dust in the air..." She points in front of her and concludes,"It's all here!" Marcie is sitting behind her.<BR><BR> She turns to Marcie with one finger in the air. She says, "This is it, Marcie...."<BR><BR> She turns back around and says, "'A new school year, and what I like to call, 'The Excitement of Learning'."<BR><BR> She turns back to Marcie and says, "It's an adventure that everyone can enjoy..."<BR><BR> She spreads her hands and asks, "I mean, after all, isn't that what life is all about?"<BR><BR> She turns to the front, clasps her hands on her desk, and smiles. She excliams, "Yes, Marcie this is it!"<BR><BR> As Peppermint Patty slumps in her chair asleep, Marcie looks at her watch and says, "That wasn't too bad....'The Excitement of Learning' lasted fourteen seconds!"<BR><BR>
