Charlie Brown and Sally are leaning on the wall. He asks,"May I ask you something?" She replies,"Go ahead."<BR><BR> He asks,"What did you get dad for Father's Day?" She says,"For what?" He turns to her and replies,"For Father's Day...today is Father's Day...." She turns to him and says," I thought we just had Mother's Day....."<BR><BR> He says,"That was last month." She asks,"What about Valentine's Day? What happened to Valentine's Day?" He replies,"That was in February." She asks,"Did I miss Easter? What did we do on Easter?"<BR><BR> He replies,"Easter was in April." She says,"I can't remember anything!" She asks,"What happened to my birthday?"<BR><BR> He says,"Your birthday doesn't come for two months yet. First comes the Fourth of July...." She asks,"Then my birthday?"<BR><BR> He replies,"Then Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Native American Day, Columbus Day, Halloween...." He spreads his hands and continues,"....Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's!"<BR><BR> He asks,"So what did you get dad for Father's Day?" She replies,"For what?" He rolls his eyes.<BR><BR>
Sally was born in May, it should have been her birthday a month ago. Although she should have turned 24 this year, so maybe her birthday’s always two months away, whatever time of year it is… :-)
