Peppermint Patty sits at her desk in class and thinks,"Don't call on me....please don't call on me..."<BR><BR> She rests her head on her desk which is behind Franklin. She says,"She's going to cal on me...I know she's going to call on me..."<BR><BR> She leans to Franklin and says, "Sit up straight, Franklin..I don't want her to see me...if she sees me, she'll call on me...sit up straight..."<BR><BR> Franklin sits up straighter as she says,"Sit up straight, Franklin....move a little to your left...."<BR><BR> She leans her head on a side, puts her hands to her mouth, and whispers,"If she sees me, she'll call on me...I know she'll call on me, and I'm not ready..."<BR><BR> She leans forward and says to Franklin,"You're slumping, Franklin....sit up straighter..."<BR><BR> She falls over as he yells,"I CAN'T SIT ANY STRAIGHTER!!!!"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty and Franklin sit on the floor outside of the principal's office. She frowns and says,"Nice going, Franklin." He frowns and replies,"My mother didn't raise me to be a duck blind."<BR><BR>
