Snoopy lies atop his doghouse at night, on his back with his stomach growling. He thinks,"I know! I know!" "I'm thinking!"<BR><BR> He sits up and thinks,"Stomachs are so unreasonable..."<BR><BR> He lies on his stomach and looks over the edge of the doghouse. He thinks,"Howling upsets the neighbors..."<BR><BR> He sits up again and continues,"Barking is just as bad"<BR><BR> He adopts a dazed look and thinks,"Whimpering is good, but it's very demeaning..."<BR><BR> He stands on the doorsteps facing the door and thinks,"Kicking the back door could set off an alarm or something..."<BR><BR> He stands by the window where the curtains are open, and looks in at Charlie Brown lying in bed asleep. Snoopy thinks,"So what does that leave?"<BR><BR> He turns his eyes into a relentless stare until Charlie Brown awakes puzzled.<BR><BR> Snoopy smiles and reaches out for the cookies, that a sleepy Charlie Brown hands to him through the backdoor. Snoopy thinks,"Thank you"<BR><BR> As he sits atop the doghouse stuffing cookies into his mouth, Snoopy thinks,"The ol' chocolate chip cookie stare!"<BR><BR>
