Sally looks out the window.<BR><BR> Sally goes up to Charlie Brown, who is asleep in his bed. She exclaims,"Psst! Big brother! Wake up! There's someone in our back yard!" He replies,"That's just a snowman..."<BR><BR> He sits up in bed as she stands near him and gazes out the window. She says,"Well, I can't sleep with him standing out there...it makes me nervous.."<BR><BR> She stands by the backdoor and says,"Bring me his head so I'll know he's not still alive!" Charlie Brown walks out into the snow-covered backyard exclaiming,"Good Grief!"<BR><BR> A sleepy Snoopy lifts his head up from atop his doghouse and thinks,"What's going on? I hear people talking..."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown shows Sally, who is still standing by the door, the head of the snowman. She says,"Okay, I feel better now..." She continues,"Why don't you just throw it back out into the yard?"<BR><BR> A sitting up Snoopy jumps in fright as the head of the snowman comes sailing over the doghouse.<BR><BR> A stressed Snoopy lies in bed as Charlie Brown stands nearby talking on the phone. The latter says,"Hello, Doctor? I think there's something wrong with my dog...he's trembling all over..."<BR><BR>
The name “Sally” indeed sounds a bit like “Salome” … we don’t see her dancing here, but otherwise, the story is straight from Matthew 14.
