Lucy sits with her face propped on her hands in her psychiatric booth looking at Charlie Brown, who is sitting in the chair outside the booth. He says, "How can I put it?"<BR><BR> He looks at the reader and continues, "I guess what I want to know is 'What is the secret of life?'"<BR><BR> She replies, "Elbow Pads!" He repeats,"Elbow pads?"<BR><BR> He looks at her as she spreads her hands and continues, "If everyone wore elbow pads, they wouldn't bang themselves against desk corners and cabinets and car doors and everything..."<BR><BR> She shakes her hands and says, "Think of the relief from pain and suffering..."<BR><BR> She leans back in her seat as he turns back around and says, "Elbow pads..."<BR><BR> She leans forward with her hand out and concludes, "Knee pads would help too...five cents, please!"<BR><BR>
