Charlie Brown stands on the baseball field holding his bat. He looks off in front of him and calls, "Get way out!"<BR><BR> Lucy walks along the field and asks, "How far is 'Way Out'?"<BR><BR> He lifts the ball and bat in the air, preparing to hit. He calls, "All right let's see how you handle a few fly balls and some grounders"<BR><BR> He swings at the ball.<BR><BR> The ball falls behind Lucy, who has her hands out and is looking up into the sky. She says, "I can't do it"<BR><BR> The ball rolls between her legs and she says, "I can't do it..."<BR><BR> She looks up into the sky with her hands out and continues, "I can't do it..." The ball falls in front of her.<BR><BR> She leans over to catch the ball as it lands behind her. She says, "I can't do it..."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stands, with bat in hand, and calls, "Okay, everybody in!"<BR><BR> Lucy jogs along saying, "I can do that..."<BR><BR>
Lucy is the pebble in everybody’s shoe.
