Charlie Brown lies beneath a tree, with his kite caught in it. The tree says, "Chomp chomp chomp." Charlie Brown says, "I can't stand it."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown is on his doorstep, peeking out the door. He says, "The wind seems just right.."<BR><BR> On his knees, he fixes his kite, saying, "I don't know why I even bother.."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown gazes out the window, "There's a kite-eating tree out there just waiting for me!"<BR><BR> Back on his knees fixing the kite, he says, "They're always real hungry after a long winter..."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown adds, "They're impatient, greedy and merciless..."<BR><BR> Knock knock knock. Charlie Brown thinks "?" and looks at the door.<BR><BR> The tree is at the door. Charlie Brown says, "I hate it when they come right up to the front door."<BR><BR>
Well, like he just said, it’s been a ’’long’’ season, so it probably shouldn’t be too surprising.
