Peppermint Patty asks, "Chuck, are you awake?"<BR><BR> She continues, "Tell me what you know about love, Chuck.."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown says, "I don't know anything about love..."<BR><BR> The two figures are in darkness. "Charlie Brown says, "There once was a time when I thought I knew something about love, but now I don't know anything." Peppermint Patty asks, "How come, Chuck?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown explains, "The older I got, the less I knew." Peppermint Patty says, "Well, now that you've hit bottom you could start over.."<BR><BR> Close up of Peppermint Patty. She says, "How about that, Chuck? Pretty soon you'd know more about love than anyone in the world!"<BR><BR> Snoopy walks.<BR><BR> Snoopy kisses Peppermint Patty on the nose.<BR><BR> "Well almost anyone," says Charlie Brown, as Peppermint Patty and Snoopy walk away together.<BR><BR>
That actually could have gone a lot worse for Charlie Brown. Usually when Peppermint Patty starts talking about love, out come the loaded questions and it’s time to duck and cover!
