Charlie Brown says, "He what?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown runs out the back door as Sally says, "Linus talked him into trying out for the Supreme Court."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown runs and screams, "Snoopy! Come back!"<BR><BR> The World Famous Attorney walks and thinks, "Here's the World Famous Attorney on his way to Washington to take his seat on the Supreme Court . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown walks back carrying Snoopy. Snoopy thinks, "I didn't even get to the judiciary committee . ."<BR><BR>
Three months later, Ruth Bader Ginsburg would fill the seat left behind by Justice Byron White when he retired.
