Charlie Brown walks out of the house carrying a kite over his head.<BR><BR> Rerun kneels on the ground watching Charlie Brown fix the kite string. He says, "Thank you, Charlie Brown, for letting me watch you fly your kite . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown replies, "I'm glad to have you along, Rerun . . It's going to be fun . ." A tree smiles as they walk by.<BR><BR> Rerun runs along with Charlie Brown as he flies the kite.<BR><BR> They stop running and look up.<BR><BR> Back at home, Rerun tells Lucy, "I just saw the worst thing I've ever seen in my life!"<BR><BR> Rerun continues, "Charlie Brown's kite got caught in a tree, and the tree ate his kite! It was terrible!!"<BR><BR> Rerun sits on the couch looking somber.<BR><BR> Rerun says, "Maybe it's wrong to bring a kite into the world the way things are today . ."<BR><BR>
Maybe Charlie Brown should have let Rerun try flying the kite.
