Bases loaded and I’m up at bat. Yup. Sigh. Been there / done that. It’s why I’m a firefighter / paramedic instead of a ballplayer.

I thought Lucy would blow it for him, but it looks like Charlie will once again doom himself. Such is life.

I actually remember these strips from when I was younger. I know how this ends.

I remember seeing this in one of the animated specials; his teeth were chattering in that one! Kinda gives this scenario a little extra “oomph”!
