When my older daughter was 6 she received a response to a fan letter she wrote to Taylor Swift, Although the letter itself was a form letter, across the top – in Sharpie – was a hand-written note. My daughter’s second reaction (the first was a long scream) was, “SHE SPELLED MY NAME RIGHT!!!”
