Skipping squares should be easy for a bird.
Flippitty-floppitty-flop-scotch!
Wouldn’t he call it hopstock?
A decade or two later, he could have been into hip-hopscotch…
He’d be a natural at “step on a crack, break your mother’s back” …
At least he’s good at it.
I’ve never really played hopscotch
Most birds are into hop-scotch. Geese, on the other hand, not so much.
I wonder how he’d compete against a champion.
Hopscotch was fun in the neighborhood, until you were chased away for marking up their sidewalks. I preferred, “Stone School”, myself.
He’s into hopscotch? Is that the Cortázar novel or the Matthau movie?
It reminds me of those creepy crows who jump together to spooky music. Looney Tunes? Birds like robins use that hop to concuss worms and bugs to slow them down enough to grab them.
I’m good with just plain ol’ scotch!
I loved hopscotch….we had little songs to go along with doing it too.
