I only learned on GoComics about Charles Schulz’s lifelong bouts with depression. I wonder if this strip was composed during one of those? In any case, enjoyable but poignant.

I would never date a woman who would want to date me. Her standards are way too low if I’m a possibility.

All the lonely people, where do they all come from?

You know it likely won’t work out when a girl who you’ve never met before has already invited your dog over to her house party!
