you’ll always be there, school
God willing and the creek don’t rise. Ask people in New Orleans. They are still looking for some buildings there.
In any case Sally’s parents are pretty lenient for letting her stay home on the first day of school for a mere case of jitters.
What a strange story sequence we have here. I love it.
Same school time, same school channel!
School ain’t going anywhere.
I bet the school is smiling because he heard about Sally thinking of him/her. :D
The bastion of our civilization.
Charlie does a great sideways glance in panel two!
Here, you can see the big difference in CB and his sister. Sally is assertive, and CB is…well, not. At all. Ever.
It’s like talking to a wall, eh CB?!
this year they tore down the grade school that all my kids went to just 3 blocks from our house. sent a picture to all of them. kinda sad they had thousands of memories there :(
Cute ;-)
My old grade school has been converted to senior housing, possibly for some of their baby boom alumni.
