Hate to tell ya, CB, but as Snoopy’s owner and guardian it’s YOUR responsibility to take him for walks and do his physio!

Get that dog some proper crutches!

Snoopy needs one of those dog wheelchairs for his hind legs.

Working on those arm muscles using those crutches, huh, Snoopy?

That looks a little like me when I needed to borrow my husband’s crutches for a day or so. LOL (he’s 5’7"; I’m 5’-nuthin’.)

The Snoopster is itching (literally) to be a “cast away”!

Didn’t the vet have smaller crutches?

Give the crutches back to World War II to “adjust” them.

The best time to break a leg is when you are 9. That’s when my son did it on Halloween. The cast came off the day after Christmas and he hopped on his new bike and rode off at mach 6.

One of the reasons the full cast stayed on that long is that he broke it playing soccer on his crutches. Rather than put on a smaller cast as he could have done, the doctor taped it back together and decided to keep the heavier one on to slow him down.

Sadly, technology has not yet advanced to the point of developing shorter crutches. Good luck, small fry.

So a crutch is to take the weight off of the injured leg. Why is it that when I see people using one, most of the time the crutch is on the side of the healthy leg?

Maybe some yoga would help

Osteoporosis is a big problem at Snoopy’s age… how old is he in dog years at this point? Out of all Peanuts characters (not counting the never-seen grandparents) he is the one who is physically getting old, as the complaints of his various body parts show.

I thought Snoop had a walking heel in his cast. Didn’t his doctor once tell him to use it? Then why the crutches? (I know, it makes a better joke.)

Shouldn’t this storyline be over by now? It’s really getting old.

Imagine the swinging you could get on those things.

I had to use crutches in 10th grade after an injury. I remember someone told me you’re supposed to walk with them kinda like with a cane or walking stick. Maybe if I’d had just one crutch I’d have done that. But I swung on those things. Placed the crutches in front of me and swing forward, planting my good foot. Then move the crutches and do it again. Running just meant a further swing and faster movement.

If Snoopy was any kind of ball player, he’d whack that cat with one of those crutches and star in Charlie Browns team as a crutch hitter!

Beagle Scouts are resourceful.
