Neighbor says, "What the @#*# do you think you're doing?" Guard Duck says, "Painting your house, neighbor Bob, sir." Bob says, "Why?!" Guard Duck says, "It's neighborhood improvement day. We all pitch in to pick up trash, mow lawns, that sort of stuff. I volunteered to paint your house." Bob says, "Why would you help me? All you've ever done is complain about the cars on my lawn and my not mowing the grass and my 'loud' parties." Guard Duck says, "Yessir. But that's all behind us now, sir. I'm willing to make a fresh start if you are." Bob says, "Fine. But if we're gonna have a fresh start, you better do a thorough job." Guard Duck says, "Thorough it is, sir. I'll tell my crew." Guard Duck says, "Be thorough."
