Rat says, "Why is it that every time there's a controversy or scandal, someone puts the word 'gate' on the end of it?" Goat says, "It's from Watergate, the scandal involving Nixon." Rat says, "That's stupid." Goat says, "No, stupid is this version of 'Windows' I just bought... it crashed on me." Zebra says, "What were you trying to do?" Goat says, "Upload this video of a horse trotting." Zebra says, "Why?" Goat says, "Because it shows him easily pushing open the fence door I want to buy." Rat says, "So?" Goat says, "So I'm sending it to the manufacturer of the fence door to ask him how he could make something so defective that a trotting horse could run right through it. But stupid 'Windows' won't let me... ughh!... I want to punch the inventor of 'Windows' in the nose!" Zebra says, "Whoa. Maybe you should let some news outlets know about this." Goat says, "Know about what?" Zebra says, "Gates gait gate gate." Goat says, "You're even bugging me now."
Rat is reading the “Miami Herald” in panel 1, and the “St. Petersburg Times” in panel 2
