Don’t worry, Rat won’t be around after March 15.

I like the fact that Rat is in reference of Trump and everybody is scared, only I rather have Rat be president instead of Trump

Oh, I’m afraid Donald Trump will likely still be around after March 15th, folks, but I know that somewhere Hillary Clinton’s putting an image of Trump’s head over that of Rat.

Rat would do well to stay off the floor of the Senate.

So, I’m not the only one who sees echoes of the Fall of the Roman Republic in our current, uh, leadership?

If you think Rat is bad – have a close look at who will replace him should he vacate the position early

The more things change the more they stay the same: Back in Emperor Caesar’s day he fed his people bread, they drank wine and were entertained by circuses:) Today we eat pizza, drink beer and watch President Trump clown on TV:) Life is good Baby:)

It’s official, folks. He was sworn in and the sky didn’t fall, the world kept turning, and Canada reports no measurable increase in immigration.

Stephan called it. Yesterday, I heard that the United States was a horrible, horrible place. From a guy who lives in a gold tower on 5th Avenue. And who wants to continue living there (despite the fact that doing so would cost the city a million dollars a day) because the WHITE HOUSE isn’t luxurious enough for him.

And, of course, since we all live in misery and “carnage,” we must have a strong leader to save us.

    What a familiar story.

One newscaster, this morning, just said that Trump is the new leader of the FREE WORLD! That if that is not an ironic statement, nothing is!!!

Shakespear wanted to call his play, “Julius, Grab That Woman NOW!”, but his editor made him shorten the title to “Julius, Seize Her!”

It is true that the rest of the world no longer considers America the leader. They are in a state of confusion over who will assume the role, since America has been undisputed since they entered WWll. Rome fell, England is no longer in actual control over most of it’s empire. But, until Trump’s election, the rest of the world just hung on to the idea that America was the leader because it was easier than the disarray that would be necessary when it no longer was. But, now they have no choice. No one is willing to accept Trump as the leader of the free world. I would like to think that we can make a peaceful transition to a system that’s more equal between nations, but Russia is still eager to expand it’s territory, and with Trump convinced that Putin is " a nice guy", we will either have a situation where Russia assumes the leadership while Trump smiles at him with worship in his eyes, or we will have WWlll, and we will be led by a person who has no diplomatic skills and no experience, who is at war with our intelligence community and in Putin’s pocket.

Nobody predicted “the world would end” although many people (including many prominent CONSERVATIVES) predicted that Trump would be (at the very least!) counter-productive for America. There was a reason former Republican governor Mitt Romney publicly called Trump “a con artist, fraud, and phony” (because of course Trump is all of these things). There was a reason that current Senator publicly called Trump a “pathological liar” (because of course Trump is). There was a reason former Republican governor Rick Perry publicly called Trump " unfit to be commander in chief of the United States of America (because of course Trump is NOT!) There was a reason conservative Senator Lindsey Graham publicly stated “If you want to make America great again, tell Donald Trump to go to hell!” Not MY fault if some of those prominent conservatives later proved to be (nearly) as cowardly as Donald Trump himself!

The Caesar Look is good, Rat. I should know; in a smaller way (no such costuming), I followed it for a long time, and in fact when younger I could have been taken for a member of the Julio-Claudian family. But so far I’ve never been President of the USA. Maybe I should try that….
