Too bad he didn’t use a pyramidal shaped container instead of a cube. Back in high school I had a physics teacher who believed in the pseudoscience of ‘pyramid power’, that is that pyramids had certain mystic properties, one of them being the ability to preserve foods. To try to prove it, he tried to preserve a piece of fruit by placing it under a plexiglass pyramid for a few months. I don’t recall it being entirely successful.
