Perhaps Pig does not know that if he lived in Sardinia (Italy), once buried he would be promptly cooked. See here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=lEkX65rUjGs
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While it was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm andhappy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung and promptly dug him out and ate him.Management Lesson?1) Not everyone who poos on you is your enemy.2) Not everyone who gets you out of poo is your friend.3) And when you’re in deep poo, it’s best to keep your mouth shut!
Not really related to today’s comic, but could someone please tell me why the thumbnail/title picture that shows some of the characters (the one at the top left above the follow button) doesn’t have Zebra? Just wondering, thanks!
“Pigs in the blanket” are tasty. Birds cooked in fire pits and then buried to marinate for a while are said to be a treat (Maori “hangi”-cooking. See http://tinyurl.com/y5mb3w5n .) Pig in a hole, however, is just dirty Pig. Alas….

It takes someone really smart to bury oneself. Especially without a shovel.

It’s not hard to un-bury yourself. But to do that, you’d first have to admit that you buried yourself. Most people refuse to do that.

Since Pig is buried alive, does that make him ground pork ?

Since he is in the ground, and is a pig (Hog), will he pop out of the hole Feb 2 to see if there is 6 more weeks of virus?
Kaputnik over 4 years ago
Well, maybe Pig has learned to think before symbolizing.
If the grammar police are still in the room, yes I’m aware that “symbolize” is a transitive verb. Hah! Beat you to it.
