Is it just me, or is he going to put the baby in the person-sized hole that is left?

. . . when our son was in 2nd grade, he was having problems learning math. Four of his friends were set aside at a table to color, while the rest of his class was being taught. The principal wanted to hold him back, though I said no. I bought him a math game for our computer and he HATED it! It was too hard! He kept at it and his math skills improve to the point that I had to buy the next level, then another! In third grade, he had a better teacher, and she was proud of his progress. “Success breeds success!” His grades improved and he finished third grade at ABOVE grade level for math and reading at a fifth grade level! It wasn’t much of a deal that principal told me that I made a better decision than she did. Now, he is a working married young man, with a good job, and his MS degree. Properly used, IT isn’t a bad thing . . . just be careful! :)
