Marigold: In real unicorn government, "Princess" is strictly a ceremonial position. The Quorum of the Pointiest makes most of the read decisions. In bygone times, they were selected based on horn sharpness, but today it is a combination of voting, pus a freestyle dance contest. Phoebe: Also the gates are over on your side. Marigold: I should open them then.
Hmm, the standard animal method for determining horn sharpness is a jousting contest. Does this mean Unicorns used to be violent barbarians?! (It would be interesting to see two Unicorns duelling…)
