Marigold: I am about to receive a letter! *POOF* Phoebe: It's tough to read a letter with a big horn-hole through it. Marigold: They are supposed to land gently on my nose, but you know the postal service.
The envelope is apparently made out of that magical paper that can heal itself from horn implements, but only the top and bottom thirds of the letter were.
