Me: “Dana, you realize that every time you make a strip where the focus is one or more characters yelling, ‘neigh’, all the comments for it will just be people replacing words that sound like or rhyme with ‘neigh’?”
I am very proud of my ability to neigh! Whenever I’m reading to the kiddos and a horse enters the story I neigh loudly, and proudly, and yes, it does help keep the existential angst away.

Existential angst didn’t get into my life until I was considerably older than Phoebe. But an enthusiastic “NEIGH” certainly has helped. Sometimes.

Everyone here is telling the same bad horse pun. It’s not making it any easier to keep mentally stable.

Eat a fresh mouse first thing in the morning and the rest of the day will be so much better. (The cats haven’t been able to catch any frogs AFAIK)

Not as catchy as “an apple a day keeps the doctor away,” in fact “existential angst” is a bit of a tongue twister.
