So the phrase “help yourself” actually means…?

How to help one’s self. Step 1: Realize you need help. So far, so good!

I’m retired. I wrote little programs and then write procedures on how to use them. I wrote a self-help document on how to do various things on my computer.

What sort of help does Marigold need to do alone without others’ assistance?

“God helps those that help themselves” I have heard!

It’s all in the name, kid.

Add that to the list of things you need help with.

I suppose a semantic argument could be made here in Marigold’s favor on that…probably not a worthwhile one, but you could do it if you really must.

Self-help books do primarily seem designed to help the author become more wealthy.

She could start a blog:
