Why is it, that no matter who they get married to, women think they also got a plumber in the bargain. Do it yourself, or pick up the phone, but the more you nag me, the more I promise it will never get done.

And this is what drove Harry Mudd out into space, with Stella’s eternal confounded nagging. Every time he thinks of her, he goes further out into space.

Don’t count on it.

See, Nelson. There’s always someone telling you what to do. If you don’t get married, it will be your boss. After you retire, it will be your doctor.

Why have men never figured out that if they get it all done there will be no nagging? Nagging is for what you are supposed to do and haven’t. Just do it.
