I miss those days too when I could eat whatever I wanted and still weigh in at 120 pounds (my high school weight). I ain’t telling where I am now. I don’tt hink I would qualify as obese, but I am overweight (or underheight).
According to the old chart (which I hope they’ve changed now!) for my height and frame I have exactly 9 lbs leeway between high normal and obese. There’s something wrong with this. Only 9 lbs where I can be only overweight.
That chart is a load of garbage. About 15 years ago I went to the doctor and I was 6’2" and weighed 195. She said that I was OBESE! I wasn’t even overweight in MY book! She said, “That’s what the chart shows”. I told her that I would believe it if she got on the scales and we looked at where she stood. She wouldn’t do that. I said, "Then don’t say that I’m obese!

175 pounds in high school, never weighed over 200
From about 45 to nearly 55 my weight hasn’t varied more than a few pounds from 175
Don’t diet, don’t exercise per se, but my job runs me so hard I can eat as much as my aging digestive system can handle

I couldn’t care less how much I weigh.
But this BMI thing is a load of rubbish. Get rid of it now!
