Haha! I have the bad habit of apologizing for everything- even if it isn’t my fault. Working on that!

Employees at WalMart are forever apologizing for (almost) being in my path as I do my morning exercise walking. My standard reply is: “Don’t apologize to me for doing your job. You’re being paid to do the job and I’m retired. Thank you for doing your job.”

The two words that get a man married is I DoThe only other words he will say for the rest of the marriage is Yes dear and Im sorry….

I’ll say anything to get the digs and nagging to stop.

Earl sounds like my mother-in-law. Hubs swears she feel responsible for gravity! Every time something falls down, she apologizes for it. She apologizes when I’m muttering about trying to find something.

The only thing she SHOULD apologize for is leaving crap next to her nest. I don’t know how many times I’ve almost tripped over her stuff Her nest, btw, is an armchair that she’d live in if it had a potty in it!

Lol….no matter what Earl says or does, Opal gets irritated….of course he instigates…

Would that certain politicians – worldwide – would own up and sincerely apologize just once!

At some point Opal or Earl will pass away and the surviving other will forever regret their lack of patience.
