    Here is something for you pacifists and other folks. Handshakes and other greeting gestures of trust were invented by WARRIORS. That’s right, men who actually fought with weapons invented it. Not only did it show that their main hand was empty of a weapon. But it showed the other person he was willing to talk.

    But if the Plugger has hand arthritis, like I do, a “hearty handshake” can bring him to his knees. I try to remember to wear my brace if I can anticipate a Meet ’n Greet situation.
