At 76, I think I qualify as a Plugger. I do have bad knees (torn cartilage). They have been that way for at least 40 years, but they do not bother me. I learned some exercises from a Physical Therapist when diagnosed with arthritis in my back and hip when I was 48. Those exercises have helped me so much, I continue to do them most days of the week. That plus walking briskly twice a day for 30 minutes each time have kept me from needing any medication for the arthritis or my knees.
