Or – he needs to have hernia surgery! Husband looks like he is terribly fat. He is overweight, but nowhere near as fat as he looks. He cannot buy clothes which fit him properly and he complains to me that his pants never stay up no matter how tight he forces the belt closed and he gets dizzy when he bends over.

While I hate the thought of him having major (or any) surgery – what will resolve all of this is for him to have his hernia repaired as the bulge sticking out is same. When he bends over he compresses it and gets dizzy. His pants and belt sit on a downward angle of it so they slide down.
