His dog's been locked inside for 12 hours. He must have to go really, really bad. Poncho: This oughta be worth seeing.
Perhaps.. a chat with your neighbour about being a responsible pet owner might be in order as well. Things come up, circumstances change and the neighbour did phone to make arrangements.. but, if this a pattern…………..
