I believe that there IS something/one out there bigger than us. I am still walking among the living (after more than one ‘should be dead’ situation that I can’t explain any other way) due to something greater than me that thinks I still need to be here. I just call it GOD along with the rest that think as I do. I can’t prove that GOD exists anymore than anyone else can prove that He does not.
‘God’ does not exist any more than does Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, or even the Great Pumpkin exists. These are all ‘imaginary.’ If there were proof that ‘God’ exists, you wouldn’t need to believe in it. you would have knowledge of it. You would not need faith, because you would have FACTS. These FACTS could then be proven to anybody else. They could be repeated, tested, and demonstrated. What you have is a ‘FICTION,’ also known as a fairy tale, that you want to believe. That’s it.
