    @finkd, it depends. :-) If you’re an old fashioned liberal you wish for the old days of FDR, if you’re an old fashioned conservative you wish for the simpler old days of Reagan. If you’re a modern liberal you look forward to the glory days that are coming if the conservatives would just get out of the way, and if you’re a modern conservative you are hoping for a new Reagan who can push the liberal agenda off a cliff.

    Yes, you made more of a kinda sense. Now I’m wondering if you’re Ok. Really, people usually become more introspective and forgiving when some tragedy or hardship is about to befall them. You Ok, Scott?

    i take care of my mother full time, she has dementia. until you have lived with someone that remembers in complete detail something that happened 50, 60 years ago, but does not always remember that you are her child, until you have life as a caregiver you do not and can not fully understand “here and now”.
