Seriously Carmen, unless you’re running on the pre-1861 ticket, you can’t be a Republican.

There are only two types of people: those who think micromanaging bureaucrats make their lives better, and conservatives. In all fairness, the former probably need handlers.

They now use “Republican In Name Only” to mean traditional Republicans, when THEY are actually the radical extremists who have co-opted the name.

What today’s republicans like John Kasich and Lisa Murkowski to name just 2 should do is start a new Conservative party and name it appropriately enough the Rhino party. An obvious reference to being called a rino by today’s hard RW faction of the Republican Party that’s been hijacked by the likes of trump and Bannon. A pox on the trump party

Yes, fuzzbucket, please enlighten everyone with the vision promoted by the republicans. I’m fascinated to hear what it might be. Eliminating CHIP, for example. Let the kids go hungry. Eliminating student loan interest deductions. Makes sense if you think education is bad for the country, just like about half of the republicans do. On and on, side swiping this way and that. No planning. No thoughful deliberations or debate. Please, fuzzbucket, do explain the vision.

Oh they are Neo-Liberals so they are against the govt having anything to do with education. It would be all privatized. All roads, all most everything but the military and national security would be a joint corporate-govt entities.
