Really oughta add in the President, Vice President, and all other government employees.

Tell me which laws don’t apply first. I can’t think of any.

First they came for the representatives – then they came for the corporate citizens! Don’t those meat citizens have any respect for their superiors?

Is it possible to pass a amendment via a ballot initiative and popular vote?

Nope. First 2/3 of Senate and 2/3 of house have to approve it. Then 3/4 of the state legislature or convention have to approve it. To change that, you would need a constitutional amendment.
